How to reasonably raise Baoxin the needed capital, low financing cost, increasing earnings growth and optimization of the balance sheet will be the one of key factors for realizing leap-forward development.Baoxin raise money needs the support of scientific financing structure. This paper combining with the investment characteristics of Baoxin and the actual situation of enterprise leads to the Asset securitization financing (Asset-anyway:spreads over gse-backed loans Securities, ABS). This paper argues that Baoxin need multi-channel form financing. Successful operation of asset-backed securities financing in Baoxin has strong feasibility.This paper analyze the feasibility of Baoxin asset securitization financing model and design asset securitization financing options according to the actual situation of the company based on the real operation data, the condition of underlying asset pool elements.The full text has five parts:the first part briefly introduces the research background, research significance, the research content of this article, research ideas and related research literature review, etc. The second reviews and summarizes literature both at home and abroad on asset securitization financing,expounds the concept, advantages and operating process. Then combining foreign asset securitization model development and domestic status quos and outlooks of asset securitization financing model in detail asset securitization financing mode; The third part is the brief introduction of Baoxin, and then analyze the Baoxin on our current financing, then discusses the advantages of asset securities financing model, and compares them in the original financing. Finally through the comparison, found that asset securitization financing mode for reducing treasure letter lease financing costs, optimization of the balance sheet has a positive effect. The fourth part designs Baoxin asset securitization financing plan and operation process based on the first three parts theory. The fifth part analyzes the risk that Baoxin may encounter and put forwards preventative measures.This paper focuses on the practice innovation of the product in our country through to the the connotation of asset securitization of financial innovation products and study of development course. Thesis completion process includes discovering problems, exploring the unknown, solving problems and developing innovative steps. Hope to expand the application field of asset securitization in our country and propose for a new science and targeted model.
