With the rapid development of global e-commerce, e-commerce haspenetrated into all walks of life, which greatly changed the mode of operation ofthe traditional enterprise; e-commerce can greatly reduce the transaction costs ofbuyers and sellers, and improve work efficiency, and improving comprehensivecompetitiveness. In recent years, the rapid development of China’s tourismindustry, along with the rapid development of digital technology, the networkeconomy is profoundly changing human lifestyles and economic mode ofoperation. Tourism is increasingly widespread use of electronic digitaltechnology tools; e-commerce and modern information systems represent one ofthe main directions of the future development of tourism.First, the study review and summarize the performance evaluation of e-commerce and research of domestic and international tourism e-commercedynamic and put forward ideas and research methods of this study. And dataenvelopment analysis theory draws domestic and international travel siteassessment method, and travel e-commerce Web site performance evaluationmodel based on consumer perspective. First, in accordance with the view of thebalanced scorecard, the characteristics of tourism e-commerce website, designand build a system of indicators to measure the performance evaluation oftourism e-commerce website. DEA model, Ctrip, eLong, where, The Distance8travel site e-commerce implementation performance compared. To with DEA-SOLVER-LV software, the overall effectiveness of the sample site, to drawtourism e-commerce website, such as Ctrip and eLong tourism e-commercewebsite there is need to improve the space; analysis of these travel site in theelectronic business implementation process as well as the direction ofimprovement; through these travel site contrast summed elements that affect theperformance of the tourism e-commerce businesses, and put forward suggestionson the development strategy of China’s tourism e-commerce.
