Research On The Development Of Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives In Shouguang

Since the implementation of rural household land contract system in our country andsince the reform and open policy, our country agriculture industrialization development,farmers’ professional cooperatives as a market-oriented agricultural products play animportant role in the industrialization of agriculture marketization. Farmers’ professionalco-operatives can make up for the plight of individual farmers to operate, to enhance thecompetitiveness of the peasants, improving peasant voice in the market, eventually increasefarmers’ income, promote the common development of countryside, farmers and agricultureAs the farmers’ professional co-operatives was originally created in the1990s, with therapid growth of shouguang agricultural economy, shouguang farmers’ professionalco-operatives also get rapid development, a farmers’ professional cooperatives,1099by theend of2012, involved in fruit and vegetable planting, processing and sales and livestockbreeding, etc.Shouguang based on farmers’ professional cooperatives as the research object, on thebasis of research on farmers’ professional cooperative learning both at home and abroad,analyzes the main methods of shouguang farmers’ professional co-operatives, found theproblems and the insufficiency, and discusses the causes of these problems, finally targetedput forward the corresponding Suggestions.This paper argues that main problems of shouguang farmers cooperatives is: cooperativeorganization management level is low, management is not standard, low farmers’ participation,capital operation difficult due to the lack of financing channels, lack of correspondingmanagement and technical personnel and government policy support is not enough. Thearticle puts forward the main countermeasures and Suggestions to perfect the shouguangfarmers’ professional co-operatives are: strengthen the cooperative organization andmanagement, increase publicity change farmer’s ideological concept, strengthen the policy ofthe government’s support and cultivation of talents and the introduction of etc.
