Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Suzhou City Of China

Farmers' professional cooperatives spontaneously organize various types of farmers'professional cooperatives according to the principles of autonomous participation,voluntary association,mutual benefit and "civilian running,civilian management,civilian supervision and people's gain".With the development of China's reform and opening up,the traditional family contract system and other economic organizations have been disintegrated and eliminated,and new farmers' professional cooperative organizations have emerged.The farmers' professional cooperatives in Suzhou has many years of experience in the standardization construction.In 2016,Suzhou city was also identified as the overall promotion city of standardization construction of farmers' professional cooperatives by Jiangsu Agricultural Commission.Taking the professional cooperatives in the catalogue as the analysis object,this paper explores the development process of the farmers'professional cooperatives in Suzhou by combining the theoretical research with the empirical research organically and the integration of macro-analysis and the micro-analysis,in which the micro-analysis and the empirical analysis are the main research method.Firstly,it defines the research framework by sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad.Secondly,it selects Suzhou city as the research sample and empirically analyzes the interests distribution of farmers' professional cooperatives in China after legislation as well as the effect of farmers' cooperatives on enriching the people and their influencing factors by questionnaire survey.In the overall research,we mainly use questionnaire survey,interview survey and so on.Through the relevant model software tools,we analyze the data obtained from the survey.Finally,we find that the development concept of farmers' professional cooperatives is not in place and it is lack of managerial personnel.What's more,the management is not standardized and the scale formation and the establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives is difficult.The problems including immature operation mechanism,inadequate policy support and the effect of income increase are also analyzed.Therefore,the countermeasures are put forward including innovative development model,standardized operation of professional cooperatives and further cultivation of new professional farmers as well as increasing financial support and government's safeguard policy.
