In addition, the pricing of natural gas pipeline in the United States and Western Europe will be served as reference in this thesis so as to offer inspirations for formulating the appropriate pricing methods of natural gas pipeline in China.When the natural gas pipeline gradually developed into the pipe network, the operation and management of the pipeline is not just a matter of single pipeline, but of regionalization-oriented operation. During the regionalization-oriented operation, there certainly will be regional imbalance of interests, such as regional cost imbalances and imbalanced tax, etc. In this case, this thesis will analyze the triggers of the imbalance of interests and provide solutions for the imbalance of interests by combining experience of grid regional operation in China.
