The Study On Economic Evaluation Of Jiaodong Natural Gas Pipeline Project In Jiangyou Company

With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasingpetroleum natural gas resources in production capacity and the gasification China plans’ implementationin Sinopec, because the natural gas pipelinesare carriers to transport natural gas, so the number of the country’s natural gas pipeline construction project is increasing. Therefore, it is very important for the economic evaluation system to build the economic evaluation system which is suitable for the natural gas pipeline project, and it is very important to adopt the scientific evaluation method to analyze the economic feasibility of the natural gas pipeline project.The research object of this paper is Ltd. Jiangyou Jiaodong natural gas pipeline project, the completion of the project can connect the west east gas transmission natural gas pipeline to the natural gas consumption area in Jiaodong,. If so, the natural gas consumption in the Jiaodong area will no longer simply rely on maritime transport channel. This project can improveenergy source structureof the Jiaodong area. And at the same time,it improves the environmental problems in Jiaodong area, so if the project can be economic feasibility studied, it will not only affect the project itself, it will also affect the social development in the region.Firstly, this paper starts with the study of the economic evaluation of industrial projects from home and abroad, and then understand the economic evaluation methods of industrial construction projects.. Secondly, the economic evaluation theory of the general construction projects is the theoretical basis, and the characteristics of natural gas pipeline projects are discussed for the comprehensive economic evaluation of natural gas pipeline construction projects.. Finally this paper uses financial evaluation, uncertainty analysis and risk evaluation, the social benefit evaluation and environment evaluationbased on the concept of environmental protection to evaluate Jiangyou company Jiaodong natural gas pipeline project comprehensively and makes the corresponding appraisal conclusion.. This paper also strives to provide reference for other similar projects.
