Study On The Construction Of Hospital Culture For Zhuzhou SSY Hospital

With the deep development of our country medical systemreform, increasing competition in the health-care industry,Major hospitalshave carried out a number of reforms,such as organizational change,information construction and so on. Hospital managers have graduallyrecognized the importance of improving the management level. It is animportant measure to achieve sustainable development of hospital bymanagement innovation and creating the core competitiveness of thehospital, strengthening the hospital culture construction is the mostimportant problem.The competitive environment of ZhuzZhou city SSY hospital isdeeply analyzed by applying SWOT method in this paper. Inthe process of national culture construction and the medical systemreform, strengthening culture itself system construction is an effectivemeans, which helps to raise the competition ability of the SSY hospital.According to SSY hospital actual situation, corporate identify system(CIS)is introduced to enhance the cultural system construction of SSYhospital from three aspects, such as concept identifying,behavioridentifying and vision identifying, the CIS may be implementedin steps and phases. In this paper, the related guarantee measures onZhuzhou SSY hospital cultural system construction are presented from some aspects,including organizational structure, staff quality and ability,employee execution and government support and so on.
