| Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of national economy, transportation industry has developed, but restricted by itself and the inland information, inland waterway transport cannot get more rapid development. Although shipping information does not lack the builders, but the overall level is not high, the shipping information communication means clutter, which is still a problem to be solved. To solve these problems, a strong leader is needed, which plans a integrated information service construction with partners.At the same time, I have analyzed the CJ company’s internal environment on the basic situation of the company, products and market situation, value chain. And so on.Thus summarizing the problems in human resources, business development mode, supply chain etc, which provides sufficient information for strategic positioning of CJ company.In this paper, through the comparison of the highway, railway, waterway three modes of transportation and the description of the strategic position of the Yangtze River in inland water transport, supplemented by planning and the best practice from foreign,I analyzed the external environment about the construction of the Yangtze River shipping integrated information service platform of CJ company. In the strategic analysis, strategic positioning,1have used strategic management tools including the PEST analysis, the value chain analysis, the SWOT analysis, made three step strategic implementation steps, and drew the conclusion in the procurement and construction ability, product development and design ability, management ability, customer and market ability. Through this study, trying to draw a guidance and reference role for CJ company’s strategic development plan, Hoping to bring some reference in the same state of the industry and other enterprises too. |
