The panel data regression model is established to do the corresponding empirical study. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article and also an overview of the article structure. The second chapter defines the relevant concepts involved in the article and summarizes the existing research status at home and abroad. The third chapter analyzes the causes of the credit risk in theory and the transmission channels of credit risk. The forth chapter has a specific survey of the relation between credit risk contagion and credit financing of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. The fifth chapter is an empirical research analyzing the influence which each factor causes to small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises under the background of credit risk contagion through. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestions.Through the study the paper finds a negative correlation between credit risk and the credit financing of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and a positive correlation between credit supply of them and their credit financing. Enterprise scale and the commercial credit financing are positively correlated. But enterprise scale is negatively related to the bank credit financing in the early stage of credit risk contagion, and a positive correlation in later period. Each index of financial situations in a corporation has a significant effect on trade credit financing, but a small effect on bank credit financing. The real effective rate is not significantly related to commercial credit financing, but has a significantly positive correlation with bank credit financing. The exchange rate and commercial credit financing are correlated in a positive fashion, but it has no significant influence on bank credit. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some related policy suggestions to improve the level of credit financing of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise.
