Thirdly, from the actual situation of Anhui Province, based on the platform of practical principles, the principle of system, principle of usability, expansibility principle, comprehensive service principle and the principle of safety to the construction of agricultural science and technology information service platform, presents the whole frame of platform and the function of each module in detail, and then analyzes each function module in detail design and the related standard system and security system. Fourthly, based on.NET platform, SQL database technology and adopts B/S architecture developed agricultural science and technology information service platform and to achieve the desired effect.
