Research On The Impact Factors And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Asset Quality

The asset is a very important factor, which ensures the normal operation of enterprises Asset quality is a property, which manifested in the use of assets. Currently, the majority of scholars to study the quality of credit assets. Few scholars study the quality of corporate assets. The method of the research enterprise asset quality is very single. However, many investors and business managers pay attention to the management of the assets quality. The low quality of assets is not only hinder the development of the enterprise, but also reduce the profitability of the enterprise and endangering China’s market economy. Therefore, we need to find that the factors which affecting the quality of corporate assets, and find the method of evaluating the quality of corporate assets, and find and find ways to help enterprises to improve the quality of assets. So the issue is very important which need to study. This topic has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study, the theoretical basis is accounting, financial management and other disciplines. This study is in view of the research of domestic and foreign scholars. The main line of this study is discuss Chinese listed companies in asset quality and combine normative and empirical research. The idea of this research is that the first inductive Summary of relevant research literature,the Second define the concept of asset quality,the third summed up the characteristics of the asset quality,the fourth find four factors that affect the quality of assets,at last developing comprehensive evaluation system for the evaluation of the quality of assets.After empirical research,I obtain a comprehensive evaluation function. The study not only confirmed that the four factors that affect asset quality, but also discovered the problem about the management of assets in Chinese listed companies. The four factors that affect the quality of assets is the validity, existence, profitability, and security. In this study I select18financial indicators,and use of SPSS17.0Chinese version. The analysis method is principal component analysis. In this study, the research data is the annual report data of China’s A-share listed companies from2008to2011. The empirical result is principal component analysis is not suitable for all industries. The empirical results show the asset management problems of many listed companies. Finally, his study is proposed a method to solve these problems. I hope find a way to instruct company how to manage the enterprise asset quality through this study.
