The Study On The Impacts Of Rural Land Circulation On Agricultural Science And Technology Promotion

Land is the the most important production factor for the development of modem agriculture, also an important carrier of agricultural science and technology promotion,which performs important intermediate functions between that achievements and real productive forces, also important ways to develop modern agriculture and rural economy and increase rural incomes. Land scale management, also the populiration and application of agricultural science and technology are the important factors for promoting the Agricultural Sustainable Development in our country. With the gradually increasing efforts on the popularization of agricultural science and technology in recent years, new technology results are constantly emerging, but few of the results were used by farmers actually, agricultural science and technology progress remains slow, the reason is popularizing agricultural science and technology was restraint by land management. The implementation of the rural land circulation, the new management system, plays a new impact on popularizing agricultural science and technology and putting forward new requirements for the promotion of the agricultural science and technology:only the advanced agricultural science and technology be applied to the each process of agricultural production, can the scale advantage of rural land circulation be transformed into efficiency advantage.This paper aims to explore the rural land circulation and agricultural science and technology populiration. Through the investigation and study of TaoJiang county in Hunan Yiyang, the land circulation were analyzed and the current situation of popularizing agricultural science and technology, rural land circulation and the impact on the popularization of agricultural science and technology posed by land circulation. Rural land circulation will become the power source of popularizing agricultural science and technology. Iin order to better promote agricultural science and technology, promote agricultural production, increasing rural incomes, it is imperative to implement land circulation. By providing the valuable suggestions of promoting the agricultural science and technology,this paper aims to put forward "land circulation+farmers’ professional cooperative organization (enterprises, large household)+base" to promote the land circulation such as a new mode of agricultural technology promotion and break the regional administrative areas that establish a new system of professional and technical extension services according to the industry, thus to promote the land scale and intensive management, promote agricultural technology promotion and the development of agricultural science and technology, speed up agricultural industrialization and modernization, promote rural economic development.
