Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Science And Technology Promotion In Youxian County

China is a big agricultural country.Agriculture is the country's most important basic industry and agricultural development has an important impact on China's economic development.In the past 40 years since The Reform and Opening,China's a gricultural production has achieved remarkable achievements,but compared with the rapid development of industry,agriculture is still relatively backward.The central government attaches great importance to the development of agriculture and rural areas and farmers and the "No.1 Document has focused on the issue of”agriculture,rural reas and farmers" for 15 consecutive years.The promotion of agricultural science and technology is the foundation and support for the development of modern agriculture.The role of agricultural science and technology in the development of agriculture and rural economy is becoming more and more important.Agriculture is a strategic industry that secures the people's hearts.Actively implementing science and technology to promote agriculture,promoting scientific and technological innovation in the agricultural industry,transforming the development mode of the agricultural industry,and accelerating the construction of modern agriculture are of great significance to promoting China's economic development and building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper first expounds the related concepts and theories of agricultural science and technology promotion.Then based on the field investigation and on-site interviews,the paper analyzes the status quo of agricultural science and technology promotion in Youxian County;then,combined with the survey data,it analyzes the problems existing in the current agricultural science and technology promotion in Youxian County,including the non-standardization of agricultural science and technology management and the low level of professionalism of the promotion team,insufficient funds for technology promotion,and the promotion of hardware facilities need to be improved;then analyze the practices of agricultural science and technology promotion in France,Japan and the United States,as well as the successful model of domestic agricultural science and technology promotion,and put forward lessons that can be learned;finally on the basis of the above research,Aiming at the problems existing in the promotion of agricultural science and technology in Youxian County,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving management,improving the quality team,increasing capital investment,strengthening the ability to adopt new technologies,and popularizing information networks were put forward.
