After more than ten years, microfinance has once again become the focus of social attention, in2005, the China banking regulatory commission and the people’s bank of China began in Gui-zhou, Si-chuan, Shan-xi, Inner Mongolia to carry out the "credit not only to save" small loan company pilot work. In2008, the China banking regulatory commission and the people’s bank of China jointly issued guidance on pilot implementation of small loan companies, provide policy guidance for microfinance company.
