The Research On Microfinance Development Countermeasures Of Rural Hengyang,Hunan Province

As a traditional rural country,there are more than 50%people live in rural areas."Three rural issues" has always been the focus of the society and the Communist Party of China.Solving the "three rural issues" is the key of economic and social development.Until the ideal of "Balance urban and rural development and build a new socialist countryside" picked up in a great meeting of the Communist Party of China,the rural economy development is becoming a very important factor in the rapid development of China's economy.So in recent years,rural microfinance in our country has been rapid development.However,compared with the foreign stories and the requirement of the solving the "three rural issues",there is a long distance to the destination.Therefore,further research on how to promote the development of China's new socialist countryside microfinance is practical significance.The paper research the ideal of new socialist countryside microfinance and the process of it.Then study the theory of rural finance,such as the theory of financial market,theory of financial repression and financial deepening,the asymmetric information theory,the theory of sustainable development.Thirdly,research on the practice of the development of rural microfinance in Hengyang,Hunan province and analysis the current situation and problems.Finally after the study of foreign succeed stories this paper provides a path to develop the rural microfinance from the government policy,rural financial institutions and rural people.
