Study On The Factors Of Planetary Enterprise Based On The Theory Of Value Constellation

The basic logic of value creation has begun to change nowadays, the t-raditional value chain theory hasn’t been unable to meet the needs of enter-prise strategic advantage, so the enterprise strategy should be examined from the building value creation system, for example value constellation.However, the value constellation researches focus more attention on the enterprise which has better strength and the internal relationship between the value systems, focus fewer attentions on the planetary and satellite enterprises. Because of the difference of the position and labor of different levels of the enterprise, leads to the difference roles of these enterprises. The planetary enterprises have species industry factors and core competitiveness which makes those enterprises had dominant positions. At the same time, as a part of the whole value system, planetary enterprises provide enough supports for the star enterprise operation. The process of the planet around the stars is dynamic matching, based on the strength, the planet could satisfy the demand, which make the better matching, with the satellite enterprises, the planet play the relative role of the upstream and downstream.Although the value theory of galaxies illustrates the importance of planet enterprise, there is few research about the planet enterprises, and the range of study only limit the supporting spare parts providing business of a single case. Based on that, this paper analyze the reason of planet companies embed to value creation system, utilizes the case analysis methods, exploration in depth the characteristics of a typical planet business in the iPhone value system, reaches on the final elements of category and some suggestions. The main research contents including:First of all, this paper reviews the related literature of value galaxies theory, including the producing, development and application of value system theory, and then defines the object and the type of the research.Secondly, collecting all enterprises which are in the value system of iPhone, divides the different types of the planets, and bases on the availability and representative of enterprise information, combines with the theory, this paper summarizes the advantage of elements. And then compared the three types enterprises with the case analysis method, analysis of various factors of planetary resources, obtains the c ore elements characteristic.Final, According to the characteristics of each type of planetary enterprise, combines with the actual situation of development and upgrading of domestic enterprises, this paper provides some policy suggestions.
