The difficult problem of financing of SMEs are facing many countries at present, in the world today, especially in the economic development of the success of the transition countries, healthy and orderly development in small and medium enterprises, give height to take seriously, to establish a more perfect and scientific system of financing to solve the financing problem of small enterprises.In this paper, the financing capacity of SMEs in Guangdong are discussed, analyze the status of SME financing capacity, and puts forward the existing problems of financing management system, structure and financing credit management system. By way of a questionnaire survey of Guangdong SMEs financing capacity evaluation. This research not only helps to perfect our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem, but also provide theoretical and scientific basis for government decision-making system in promoting the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises credit system, for enterprises to solve the financing problem, solving the bottleneck problem of funds raised the necessary support.
