Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of China’s Listing Corporation Stock Option Exercise Price

Stock options as a listing Corporation long-term effective incentive method, has been verified in some developed countries. So, as our capital market in nowadays China’s characteristic mode, cannot be blind to the introduction of stock option system from foreign countries, we should strengthen the research of China’s listing corporation to find the basis to fix the exercise price, analyze the factors for pricing the executive price, And find out how to establish China’s own characteristics of pricing for the exercise price, to establish a better suitable company incentive mechanism according to practical situation of company, which is China’s listing Corporation concerned.In this paper, the research object is the price difference between before execution and after execution subject to stock options of listing Corporation, selects2012’s sample data, through multiple regression and factor analysis method in the past, using econometrics software Eviews7.0as the tool, respectively from four aspects,such as the characteristics of listing Corporation, financial index, corporate governance and risk level, of each selected several representative factors as an exercise price influencing factors. To select123samples from the Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares stock option plan listing Corporation related data carry out multiple correlation test, meanwhile, establish panel data model, from that, to analyze how do various factors play a role in planning exercise price, to study deeply the influencing factors, and analyze the importance and significance of each factor, draw the conclusion, for the listing Corporation, should consider the influencing factors when pricing the executive price, furthermore, give advices on policy recommendations for related listing Corporation and government departments.
