Empirical Research On The Influence Between The Social Responsibility Fulfillment Of Listing Corporation And Stock Price

Modern Corporation is an important integral part of the economic society, and it is vital to the healthy、sustainable and stable running of the whole social economy, which plays an irreplaceable role in organizing production 、 stimulating employment and increasing goods 、services supply etc. For the Listing Corporation who undertakes the responsibility to the shareholders 、 the capital market and the whole society.Basically, responsibility ranges from entity level like business perf ormance、information disclosure, to social level such as taxes、charity、energy conservation and emission reduction. On the one hand, social responsibility of listing corporation reflects its spiritual culture、social image and management system; on the other hand, it influences the public opinions of the institute. Then in turn, sales 、capital markets performance and future opportunities etc will be influen ced. However, the scandals of clenbuterol、SudanⅢ、tainted milk、toxic capsule、the drainage oil、plasticizer、poisoned lard、tainted steamed bread, and from the botulism contamination to the water benzene content that exceed the standard in Lanzhou, the security problems which emerged in an endless stream once again are reveal to the public. Then social responsibility of listing corporation is got unprecedented attention and has been questioned for a time. Therefore, evaluating and analyzing the effect of the social responsibility fulfillment and all other factors thataffect company performance is not only related to the acceptance of listing corporation in the market and life and death, but also related to the benign、healthy、stable development and growth of capital market,and the provision of ideas and basis for the investors to grasp the specific conditions of listing corporation wholly、completely and exactly.Based on the reference of relevant literature review on corporation social responsibility, this research mainly discusses the relationship between the stock price and social responsibility fulfillment of non-heavy polluting listing corporation in Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index. The focal point is the significance of influence from corporation’s social responsibility to its stock price, then based on the results, the rational suggestions on the existing problems have been given.
