A Study And Implementation Of Evaluation On Audit System Suppliers For Insurance Company

More and more insurance companies have got rid of manual auditing, and started to build audit system with the coming of risk-oriented-audit era and the developing of off-site audit and continuous audit. And there are more and more audit system suppliers with their special features so it is difficult for the insurance company to select a qualified supplier and risky for the project implement if the insurance company fails to know enough about the market and the suppliers. Unfortunately, there is very few literature on the subject. Therefore, it is very important for the insurance companies to study the selection methods of audit system suppliers.By analyzing the differences between the selection of audit system suppliers and the selection of general software, the specific features of insurance company audit system selection, and based on the design principle of index system of evaluation on insurance company audit system suppliers, this thesis focuses on the following tasks:(1) Establish an evaluation index system for insurance company audit system supplier.(2) Set up an evaluation model of insurance company audit system supplier. This article applies AHP and FEC to quantitatively evaluate insurance company audit system suppliers based on the evaluation index system of insurance company audit system supplier, and set up an evaluation model of insurance company audit system supplier.(3) By taking a case study of an evaluation on insurance company audit system supplier, and by using the index system and the evaluation model, this thesis sets up the evaluation model of the insurance company audit system supplier.In brief, the thesis tries to systematically analyze the selection of insurance audit system supplier, and could be a good reference for the selection of audit system supplier in the insurance industry.
