A Study For Supply Chain Integration Of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry Based On Contract Theory

Since the national implementation of the revitalization strategy of the revitalizationstrategy of northeast old industrial base, Liaoning equipment industry has made great progress,and it has became the pillar industry. At present, equipment manufacturing industry supplychain systems with different features have been formed in Liaoning province, but in thecontext of economic globalization, Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry supply chainis facing more challenges. Above all, Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry supplychain integration degree is low, the coordination capacity between the node enterprises insupply chain is poor. However, as an effective coordination tools, supply chain contract hasnot received due attention. In order to respond to the challenge, Supply chain contractembedded into the supply chain integration mechanism is the urgent need of Liaoningequipment manufacturing industry, and design contract integration model for Liaoningmanufacturing industry supply chain. It will integrate the suppliers, manufacturers and userterminals, with the aid of information flow and logistics efficiency delivery, it will enhance itscapacity in response to the market, improve the market competitiveness of Liaoningequipment manufacturing industry, and make it integrate into the international market.This paper analyzes the state of Liaoning equipment supply chain integration andapplication of supply chain contract at Liaoning equipment industry supply chain, mainlyincluding the SWOT analysis of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry supply chain,the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry supply chain, supply chainintegration based on supply chain contract, the difficulties analysis of Liaoning equipmentmanufacturing industry supply chain integration, etc. The result shows that: the root cause ofthe poor supply chain integration is the lack of interest coordination mechanism, on this basis,this paper put forward Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry supply chain integrationmodel based on revenue sharing contract, and revenue sharing mechanism will drive thesupply chain organization, information, process integration. Construct supply chainintegration model framework, including strategy, operation, performance evaluation; andinformation sharing, operation, management and performance evaluation, etc, five aspects ofcontent, and for each level of the model implementing specific analysis and research. Finally,summarize the research contents of this paper, and explain the research limitations and futureresearch directions.
