Listed Companies’ Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Based On The Internal Control

Effective assessment of the financial risk of listed companies to adopt appropriatecontrol measures is an important problem in the construction of China’s modernenterprise system, listed companies generally face and needed to be solved. Listedcompanies there are many problems of financial risk of, its causes are manifold,but oneimportant reason is that companies always face the threat of financial risk. In anincreasingly complex market environment, the listed company’s financial activities withuncertainty, financial risk through company’s each economic sector. Internal control oflisted companies is one essential link of financial risk management. It can be said thatthe soundness of internal controls to some extent determines the size of the financialrisk of enterprises. In recent years,the financial crisis bankruptcy cases caused by themismanagement of financial risk of listed companies have become common, not onlyaffect the development and management of listed companies, and make nationaleconomic turmoil.This article analysis causes of listed company’s financial risk and using fuzzy AHPbuild evaluation index system of listed company’s financial risk, evaluate listedcompany’s financial risk and proposed control measures on the basis of introduce theconcepts of internal control and financial risk. This paper as a case of DONGFENGTECHNOLOGY, analysis the size of its financial risk, issue-specific problems andproposed response measures on ownership structure, profitability, short-term solvencyand external security. This research have a certain significance on perfecting andstrengthening the mechanism of listed company internal control, perfecting themechanism of financial risk management, improve the risk awareness of key managers,controlling financial risks, to the healthy development of listed companies.
