In recent years, the study of employees’ psychological contract is becoming more and more popular in the field of corporate governance. Empirical studies confirm that employee psychological has a important influence on employees’ loyalty and employee s’ job performance. Accompanied by the rise of the state-owned shares of private enterprises boom, such as Shandong Iron and Steel stake in Rizhao Iron and Steel, COFCO Group stake in Mengniu, Shanxi encourage large coal mine restructuring of small coal mines and so on, in the condition of the state-owned shares of private enterprises, research on employees’psychological contract change is important to establish long-term stable psychological reference contract, and thus on the State-owned shares of private enterprises in employee loyalty and employee performance is important. Most study focus on the enterprise value or specific performance indicators of the impact of state-owned capital of private enterprises, little study concerned with employees’psychological contract changes in the shares of private enterprises in the context of state-owned capital.The innovation of this paper:in the specific context of the state-owned shares of private enterprises, we study the changes in employees’ psychological contract and based on literature analysis we raise two assumptions, then we use case analysis to verify the assumption. Based on combing existing employees’ psychological contract research, we use the three-dimensional structure of employees’psychological contract to analysis. From the Literature research, key events, personal characteristics and organizational change will impact on staff psychological contract, here organizational changes including changes in organization structure and organizational culture, organizational changes in the internal structure and organizational culture are affecting each other. So we raise two assumptions:first, the key event of the State-owned shares of private enterprises will be an impact in employee psychological contract; Second, because private enterprises employees generally believe that private enterprise with state-owned shares to a more balanced, fairer and more inclusive organizational culture, this kind of cognitive change their expectations and self-commitment of the organization when the State-owned shares of private enterprises. At the same time, due to the organization of internal structural changes and the impact of organizational culture, making the relational contract of psychological contract has been improved; Third, changes of the employees’ psychological contract when state-owned shares of private enterprises due to different personal characteristics.In order to verify the hypothesis, we conducted a field survey of enterprises, through the form of a survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews. In the survey,200questionnaires were distributed, valid questionnaires182, and conducted in-depth interviews with senior business executives and ordinary employees. Specific analysis results show that the degree of improvement of relational contracts is greater than the responsibilities contracts and employee psychological contract has been significantly improved.
