As a case study, in this paper, we make a diagnosis of H Securities Company employeewelfare system. On this basis, we did in-depth research about the influencing factors, theproblems and the implementation of the results as well as the direction of reform. And alsowe explored the entire securities industry employee benefits system design issues, especiallythe localization of flexible employee benefit plans, as well as specific design method.To take H Securities Companies as a case study, and doing an in-depth study about thesecurities industry employee benefits issues, the topic is innovative. Currently, academia andthe media mainly concern about the high salaries and benefits for the securities industry andthe incentive problems of special groups in the overall pay levels and sponsor representativesand pay little attention to the remuneration of the securities industry’s structural problems,especially the status of employee benefits, influencing factors and the development.Research methods used in this paper, the first one is documentary research study aboutemployee incentive compensation management, employee benefits management and designaspects of scholarly articles, textbooks and monographs; inspection of rules and regulationson corporate welfare and statistical material. The second one is the case study method, TakeH securities company employees welfare system as a case to do diagnosis of the currentsituation, the impact of the factor analysis and redesign of the employee benefits system,analysis of the general problem of the securities industry employee benefits, sum up China’sthe employees welfare system design universal model.The structural arrangement of this paper is divided into four parts. Chapter I:Introduction. The main objective of the research background and significance of the topic,explicit research methods and research ideas, review literature research, described in thepaper structure arrangements, and papers related to the basic concepts defined. Chapter II: thebasic theory of the employee benefits system design. Introducing the theoretical basis of theemployee benefits system, influencing factors, design patterns on the basis of theoreticalissues. Chapter III: H Securities Company employee benefits system diagnosis. Diagnose itsproblems on the basis of combing H Securities Company’s existing employee benefits system,to assess the implementation effect. Chapter IV: the design of H Securities Company flexibleemployee benefit plan. As the practical significance, in this paper we do research about H Securities Company, andthan explore design issues of the entire securities industry employee benefits system. It canprovide a reference for the employee welfare system reform of other securities companies. Asthe theoretical value, the research in this paper provides a concrete illustration of for thelocalization of foreign advanced design concept of employee benefits system.
