Under the condition of rapid development in Chinese market, with the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources role in promoting the development of enterprises are also increasingly apparent, corporate personnel selection and use of the ability is directly determine its survival and development. The external environment full of changes, challenges and opportunities, so that people abandon the single-mindedness idea of the practitioners before, seek out better opportunities and higher personal values. This change makes the enterprises have to face employee loss of this serious issue.SA is an elevator company with the good background, after ten years of rapid development, there was a serious crisis of employee attrition. The high number and frequency of employee attrition caused explicit costs, such as recruitment, training, remuneration, and even make the enterprise employees satisfaction, loyalty, change, and will have a negative effect in enterprises long-term development. At present, this phenomenon has caused high concern in SA company, become one of the major problems to be solved.This article described the phenomenon of employee attrition by case, conducted in-depth analysis combined with relevant theoretical knowledge in human resources. Point out the problems in performance management, pay and benefits, employee training and development for SA Company. After identifying the problems, according to the actual situation of SA Company at this stage, put forward some effective measures for each question, including establishing a comprehensive performance management, improving the pay and benefits management and developing staff training and development plan.Hope that SA Company will get some reference on retaining talents through this research and discussion, so that enhance the competitiveness in the market.
