Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are the most active cells for nationaland regional economic development. SMEs build great contribution to GDP，tax andjobs. However, SMEs also face many difficulties and obstacles on financing problem.We study the private financing for SMEs through Chengdu A enterprise, In this case wecan find：A private financing is very important for the survival and development ofenterprises; A company has advantages, disadvantages in the process of privatefinancing. The disadvantage are small-scale，low mortgage，poor short-term solvency，market risks and so on. In this paper, we make a viable solution from the macro to themicro level on the issue of financing of SMEs.We want to help SMEs solve thefinancing problem in order to ease the financial tensions effectively, and provide newvision to improve the financing capacity of SMEs.
