| With the improvement of living standards, fresh food has become an essential partin people’s daily life, their freshness and safety are the focus of consumers’ concern, aswell as their real value. Compared with ordinary fast moving consumer goods, freshfood has the characteristics of shorter shelf life and perishable. In order to ensure thatconsumers are able to buy fresh food of high quality, fresh food distribution centersmust be built to meet consumers’ demand for fresh food on the quality and time.Scientific and reasonable fresh food distribution center location can not only shorten thecirculation and reduce circulation costs, but also can timely and efficiently delivery thehigh quality fresh food to the consumers.This dissertation based on the reviews of domestic and international fresh fooddistribution center location problem, according to China’s national conditions, study onthe location of fresh food distribution. Based on the analysis of the properties of freshfood and the characteristics of fresh food distribution center location under freshnessconditions, learned from a variety of distribution center location model and methods toimprove the traditional fresh food distribution center allocation model, establish thefresh food distribution center allocation model under the conditions of freshness andsolve it.Firstly, introduces the concept,the characteristics of fresh food, and the conceptand the influencing factors of freshness, expounds the definition, function andclassification of distribution center, the particularity, type, function and operationpattern of fresh food distribution center.Secondly, analyzes the features, principles, objectives and factors of fresh fooddistribution center location, using them to pre-locate and determine alternative address.Thirdly, introduces several the distribution center location models, highlighting thegravity method, CFLP method and Baumol&Wolfe model, then the model is improvedon the basis of the traditional model, establishing consider fresh food freshnessallocation model, including the basic assumptions of the model, Symbol Descriptionand so on, analyze the solving methods of this model, and selects LINGO software tosolve the model.Finally, analyses a given calculation example, using the fresh food distributioncenter location under the condition of freshness model proposed in the thesis to selectsite for T Company, and employing LINGO software to solve it, select one several distribution centers from four alternative address, verifies the feasibility of the model. Inaddition, making a sensitivity analysis of parameters in the model, obtain the parametersvariation on the influences of site selection and cost. |
