The chain management originated in the United States which has a history of more than150 years. In recent years, When the Supermarket chain comes to its great development, it has become the most important percent in the field of business in the same time. The improvement of residents’ living standards cause the significant change of Chain supermarket commodity structure and the gradually rise of fresh food proportion. However the major problems facing the industry are that the high distribution costs of fresh food and the distribution loss.The loss caused a great waste of fresh food in the process of processing, transportation, storage,distribution which increase the cost of consumer purchase and influence the profit of the enterprises in the fresh food industry. So the location of fresh food distribution center is the most important thing which influence and determine the distribution efficiency.The paper based Professor Niu, Information Institute, Capital University of Economics and Business to undertake the< Land and location evaluation of fresh food distribution center >.The author first through Literature review and field research of T group, grasp the status,Specific characteristics of fresh food distribution center in China and the concrete protect situation of T group. Analyze the factors affecting the location of fresh food distribution center,among which the first level index is the basic condition, the cost, the fresh food distribution special factor. Then the paper set up the location evaluation index system of fresh food distribution center of which the evaluation of the two stage index-Store delivery distance will be used Heuristic method- Save mileage method. At the same time the paper Combine with the concrete protect situation and the characteristics of fresh food distribution center, after literature review and field research as well as national, industry standards, etc, to establish fresh food distribution center location evaluation model grading standards. Last using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for fresh food distribution center location evaluation model were evaluated to obtain the final result.
