In theory, the social satisfaction degree of the government public service and the business service are both within the investigation of customer satisfaction. With the development of the economy, the role and functions of the quality and technical supervision departments are highlighted. As the state administrations, the professional ethics, behavior standard and the service quality of the basic quality and technical supervision departments not only show the image of the qualitative branch, but also affect the image of our country and government. The quality inspect branch needs to try hard to know the demands of the customers, provide the most satisfying service, optimize the work, achieve the cooperation of inspection and service, properly handle the problems of inspection and service, etc.This thesis applied documentation method, research questionnaire and systematic analysis, in order to investigate the influencing factors and upgrade of the service satisfaction degree of BF county bureau of quality supervision. Firstly, the thesis introduced the background and significance of the selected topic, and the thoughts and methods in study. Secondly, some related theories about service-typed government, customer satisfaction and process reengineering are introduced. Among them, this thesis investigated the service-typed government theory, systematically analysis the present research status, the characteristics, conception and basic theories of service-typed government; it also systematically investigated the customer satisfaction theory, introduced the process reengineering theory and provided basic theories to evaluate and improve the satisfaction degree. Thirdly, by means of introducing the function of our county’s quality inspect system and putting out the questionnaire, this thesis built up an model about the customer satisfaction degree. Then, according to scientific calculation a nd analysis, the thesis showed the major factors which affect our county’s customer satis faction degree. On the basis of the investigation and analysis, this thesis put forward the major factors which affect the satisfaction degree of our quality inspect work and the wo rks which need to be improved. Then through aggregate analysis and evaluation, the thesis gave some suggestions in order to raise the satisfaction degree and provide better services for the local economy. This thesis combined service-typed government and the customer satisfaction theory, evaluated the government’s customer satisfaction degree. It kept enriching the foundation of the service-typed government, at the same time; it presented exploratory research on the customer satisfaction theory. Through the surveys of private enterprise and improving the work of BF county quality engineering supervision bureau, the better service-typed government can be founded, the harmonious society can be built, and the local economy can be developed faster.
