In recent years,with the deepening of the reform goal of "building a service-oriented government with people's satisfaction",our government has increasingly attached importance to the public needs,and has been striving to provide services in tune with the public satisfaction.The market supervision and administration bureau,which is integrated by industry and commerce,food and medicine,quality supervision and related functional departments,is an important sector of government,the market supervision and management department bears functions as access for market subject registration,consumer protection,food and drug safety supervision,administrative enforcement,trademark quality management.The code of conduct and quality of services are the focus of public attention.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the service level of market supervision department and to make a government that satisfies the people,which through the public satisfaction investigation and study of the local market supervision department,understands the needs of the public,finding the existing problems and seeking effective solutions through the investigation of Public Contentment in local market supervision department.This article conforms to the goal of the reform of government institutions,and according to the new requirements of service-oriented government.The Fuzhou market supervision department is regarded as the research object.Aiming at looking for factors that affect public satisfaction,this paper makes the thorough research of public satisfaction of Fuzhou city market regulators through a comprehensive analysis of the research achievements at home and abroad,by the way of customer satisfaction and the new public service theory,and combined with literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.In order to improve the service level of the work,this paper analyzes the deficiencies and causes of Fuzhou city market supervision department work and manages to put forward some feasible suggestions for improving public satisfaction.So that the market supervision departments to become a strong promoter of local economic development,better services for the masses,and promote the sustained and healthy development of all types of market players.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part introduces the thesis research background,meaning,methods and ideas,including a brief introduction of the domestic and foreign related literature summaries.The second part defines the core concepts of public satisfaction and market supervision department.Customer satisfaction,the new public service and other related theories are systematically summed up and studied in this part.The third part mainly introduces the status quo of Fuzhou market supervision department service work,including the basic situation and the methods and effects of main duties.The fourth part is about the construction of the evaluation index system of public satisfaction in Fuzhou city market supervision department.This part is also about the public satisfaction questionnaire design and implementation.The sample of Fuzhou city market supervision department of public satisfaction was collected under the analysis of the application of statistical software in the fifth part,which in order to find out the influence factors of public satisfaction.In the sixth part is the implementation measures part.On the basis of investigation and analysis,promotion strategies of the public satisfaction degree of the market supervision department of Fuzhou are put forward.The seventh part sums up the whole text and analyzes the deficiencies.
