Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Value Of Listed Corporation

In recent years, there are more and more foreign equities figure in Chinese listed Corporation. They directly or indirectly involved in the Chinese market, affecting the stability of China’s financial market and the structure of corporate governance. The continued further deepening of reform and the growth of economic are attracting more and more foreign capital attention to china. Visibly, research in the influence of foreign equity in Chinese listed Corporation’s value, has both theoretical and practical significance.Foreign equity participation in the listed Corporation of Chinese has existed for more than ten years, which has produced the effect of many aspects to the Chinese listed Corporation, such as capital structure, the level of technology. These years, China has made great progress in the development of the market economy, but still has some defects in the system of the Modern Corporation. Then in the condition of Chinese characteristics market economy, how the foreign capital affect on the listed Corporation value, which requires us to further study. Based on the above consideration, this paper chooses the topic to study.This study mainly consists of six parts, the main contents of each part are as follows.The first part is the introduction. Introduce the research background, research purpose, research contents, research ideas and methods and the innovations and shortages of this research. Besides, this paper has reviewed the relevant research literature at home and abroad.The second part is related theory of the influence of company value. The defined of the value, the foundation of the definition of the company value, the factors of macro, micro influence on company value are analyzed.The third part is the related theory of company value from the perspective of the foreign shares. Mechanism of the influence of foreign capital and related theory are analyzed. The fourth part is the present situation of foreign equity Participation in China’s listed Corporation. In this section, the foreign equity participation in China’s listed Corporation’s motivation, form, scale are summarized respectively.The fifth part is the case analysis. Through the analysis of specific cases, the foreign capital is how to use the factors mentioned above influence on corporate value in realityThe sixth part is the advice of using the foreign-shared enhance the company ’s value. Based on the analysis of foreign equity participation in China’s listed Corporation’s motivation, form, scale, and the discussion of the case, we put forward suggestions to enhance corporate value and how to make use of foreign shares face from macroscopic and the microscopic layers.This paper uses the method of combined of normative study and application analysis. By the principle of linking theory with practice, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the combination of static and dynamic, history and future, certainty and uncertainty, based on previous theories, starting from the characteristics of foreign shareholding company value, discussing the evaluation system of foreign equity participation and the existing status, then through the analysis of foreign equity participation case, attempting to explain how the participation of foreign capital influence on China’s listed Corporation’s value from the macro and micro factors. The answer to this question has significance both in theory and practice.
