The Factors To Influence The Development Of Producer Service Industries In China

Technology and management philosophy have made great breakthrough since1960s, driving profound changes in the global industrial structure. In general, there’s a trend of economic transition from large, low added value of industrial economy to the intensive, high value-added service-oriented economy. In recent years, producer service industry which mainly contains information services, financial services, research and technological services has achieved rapid development, and gradually become the pillar industry in many developed countries. These industries are creating high additional value with their abundant knowledge, technology, information and talents and they are going to be the leader of industry of knowledge economy as well as the service industry and the world economy.China’s producer services has developed rapidly, and gradually became an important support of economic growth in China since reform and open up and revived new path of industrialization and industrial structure adjustment. Meanwhile, there is a huge gap between china and developed countries in producer services for we are green hands and are facing with great challenges like insufficient quantity, low service capability, unreasonable internal industrial structure. Moreover, with the development of economic globalization and adjustment of the industrial chain, outsourcing market will be a huge profit point to compete with in the future. So, it’s urgent and important to find out what restricted the development of producer services and make adjustments for the existing problems. This article is meant to do some research focus on the above issues, especially restricting factors of the development of the producer services. In this paper, the main content is divided into four parts as follows.First, I’m going to define the connotation and denotation of producer services before analysis, especially the categories of producer services. Based on that, this article sorted the producer services literatures at home and abroad from four aspects, namely, the research on producer services development mechanism, the research on producer services development law and international experience, the research on producer services development thoughts and countermeasures,the research on producer services development influential factors. Sequentially, I’ll put forward the research contents and possible innovation points in this paper.Secondly, with the knowledge of input and output, contrast analysis method,I studied the current development of producer services in China. I’ll state my point in three aspects:first, this article is intend to find out the future trend of producer services by studying the development of producer services in developed countries; second, this article investigated the current situation of the development of producer services in China with the knowledge of input and output; third, this article made a simple contrast between producer services in China and developed countries with the application of input-output method and contrast analysis method and found out that the mainly problems still exist.Thirdly, on account of the problems existing in the development of producer services in China which I mentioned above, the fourth chapter constructs the framework of influential factors of producer services development in China. I investigated influential factors of producer services development in China from two aspects,namely, demand and supply factors mainly based on Transaction Costs Theory, Labor Division Theory and Outsourcing Theory. More importantly, when I was considering demand side factors in this chapter.Finally, on account of the influential factors mentioned in chapter4,the multivariate linear regression model is put forward in the fifth chapter to test the practical effect of various influencing factors.In the end, I obtained the relevant four enlightenments of the development of producer services in China.
