Research On The Influential Factors Of Producer Services In Hebei Province

In recent years, economic globalization to transforming to "service economy" is speed up, in the development of service industry, the productive service has already become an important power of economic growth. Our country is in the period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, productive service industry development prospects, and has a great significance. In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region I occupy the important position in the economic development, the development of producer services is obvious gradient This imbalance between areas reflects the strengthening collaboration of important value between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. There is a gap in Hebei province and Beijing and Tianjin level of producer services, which determines the necessity to discussed the influence factors of producer services in Hebei province.This paper reviews the producer services related literature at home and abroad, defines the concept, classification and characteristics of producer services and the relevant theoretical basis. On this basis, comprehensive analysis the experience and problems in the development of producer services in Hebei province. Reference the theory of division of labor and other related, theoretically expounds the eight major factors influencing the producer services in Hebei province from two aspects of internal and external factors. They are Economic development level, the degree of specialization, material capital and labor capital investment from internal factors; urbanization level and personnel factors, technology innovation, the degree of opening to the outside world from external factors. Based on the related data of 2005-2013, from China statistical yearbook, yearbook of Hebei economy and China’s third industry yearbook. Set up stepwise multiple regression model to empirically the influence factors of producer services in Hebei pro vince. Calculated the level of economic development, the degree of specialization, the material capital investment, talents factor and degree of opening to the outside world has significant effect of producer services in Hebei province. Finally, put forward policy Suggestions for the improvement of development of producer services in Hebei province.In this paper, the possible innovation lies in:first, besides the factors of economic development level, urbanization level, also especially chose the factors which has significant changes under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, such as the degree of social division of labor, talent and technology innovation. Second, at present most of the literature focuses on the more developed the international metropolitan areas, this article research scope to lock in Hebei province and makes more detailed research.
