As the business transformation and upgrading in recent years, JDTZ Group hasrapidly developed. In general, uneven development, multi-business development,competitiveness, both opportunities and challenges of the real estate market make thecompany expand market share, the national industrial structure adjustment, constructthe industry for industrial structure, construct the company’s strategic, achieve itsexpansion strategy of the company.In this context, this paper study the JDTZ Group’s strategy, mainly meet theexpanding needs of group companies, take the main resources allocate in the corecompetitiveness of the projects. The paper is mainly discussed by important resourcesand the strategic choice theories of the boundary, and the core idea of its strategicmanagement theory is: the influence strategy of the company is built on all theresources which the company owns and the way to optimize and allocate specialresources in specific environment.The paper refers resource-based strategic theory, deeply study the conditions andtrends circumstances of the real estate market, explore the history and currentsituation of JDZY company, analyze the strategic issues which JDZY group faced,select the focus strategy of capital, both capital strategic thinking in the developmentof residential development for the hotel to provide cash flow protection, and providespecific strategy recommendations for this strategy and the allocation of resources,provide practical significance for JD investment group in existing and future ofChina’s real estate market, adapt to the competitive environment, and constantlyimprove the company’s strategic mission.Since2009, the State macro-control has increasingly frequent, real estate pricehas faced pressure, tightening of monetary credit, controlled amount of credit, loan isalso restricted in big cities, SME cities is facing the purchase pressure, make the realestate finance capital not enter real estate, so real estate enterprises which needs a lot of money are facing pressure.The company founded in2004, JD Investment Group is an investment platformbased on the JDZY and JD property and micro-credit guarantee companiesestablished, the company was expanding quickly, the original functions have beenincompatible with the new strategic development needs. The strategic direction of thecompany appears some problems. Company is inefficient, funds and talentdevelopment faces some bottleneck, which hamper the company development, newstrategic adjustment is imperative.Through internal and external resources analysis of enterprise, in order tointegrate resources better and play a greater efficiency, this paper analyses andunderstands the real estate market competition through PEST analysis. ThroughBoston strategy, we adjust the strategic of the company’s business and found thecompany’s main sustainable business, make use of the company superior resources.Through influence strategic, the paper analyses the JD Investment Corporation,constructs JD Investment Group influence economic model, further, constructsinfluence strategy to achieve corporate strategic advantage, and thus lay thefoundation for rapid access to resources. The paper analyses company’s internalstrengths and weaknesses resources by SWOT, make selective advantage corporatestrategy by Boston matrix. It provides safeguards implementation of the strategy forstrategic transformation of the group, good convergence and functional strategies.Through management diagnosis of the JD Investment Corporation, we cansummarize that improving of the company competitiveness is established by asuccessful strategy, the organizational structure as a static framework, processes andsystems as the yardstick, management control system as the core management andcontrol system. By Boston matrix and the potential difference principles, thecompany should improve strategic positioning and establish functional strategies andimplements for corporate development. Through the operational management processreengineering, the company achieves quick turnaround needs. For brand strategyreconstructed by using different route brand analysis, brand assessment, accuratebrand positioning, build brand plans to achieve Investment Group influence. Humanresource strategy through talent needs analysis uses composite HR strategy for company development needs, trains and introduces combination of programs toenhance the development of the company’s manpower needs. Financial strategy foreffective implementation of the financial management and control of financing,realizes capital leverage, which prepared for the strategy implementation of JDInvestment Group.
