IT agents through business model innovation, change the existingproblems agents business model will be the current problems faced by each agent.This paper based on the related domestic and foreign to the IT channel andcommercial pattern research, combining with the current situation of the real ITchannels, the development and transformation of IT channel business model to predictand judge, and the judge on the basis of related theories, including the theory ofenterprise competitive advantage, enterprise innovation theory, value chain theory.IT is becoming more and more flat manufacturers, IT manufacturers from theoriginal channel work to now user centered strategy can make the space more and moresmall agents. Due to the increase in number of channels, also caused the living spacesmaller channels. And in accordance with the relevant IT channel survey reportconcluded that the survival status of IT channel still continue to decline in profits, ITchannels must face the full range of services, and the storage industry is developingrapidly, but by2013had begun to exhibit the bottleneck of the development of storageagents, we must seek a new business model to ensure the storage channel productionspace.From the IT agent existing scale and current life situation as the basis, analysis ofthe main agents of the existing business model, from the theoretical and practicalcombination of business environment, what are the problems existing business model,and analyzes the causes of these problems, and based on the characteristics of ITinformation service and Joseph Inpet put forward5kinds of enterprise innovation thefour discusses the innovation of IT channels, including: product innovation, marketinnovation, control of semi-finished products, formation of new market organization.
