Market competition of refined oil becomes more severe because of deepeningmanagement reform of refined oil and market opening, Meanwhile, the governmentbrought forward the idea of green sustainable development, and green energy producttechnology is enhancing, it becomes more and more customers’ choices to substituterefined oil with eco-friendly green energy. Company A’s total sales volume isincreasing with the increase of retails network of oil station, however, company A’sdirect sales volume of refined oil is decreasing year by year, and market share isdecreasing. Under such circumstance, how to re-establish direct sales competitionadvantage and enhance core competition is an important issue that company A has tosolve.This article uses method of data analysis, theory research and practice combination,Firstly, it illustrate research background, meaning, method and contents. Secondly, itintroduces current refined oil sales industry situation from the perspective of currentrefined oil market situation and trend, and current refined oil situation of Guangdong.Thirdly, it analyses marketing environment of Sinopec company A, and find out directsales problems of company A by analyzing direct sales volume and change of directsales customers of company A. Finally, it brings forward direct sales target market andselection of company A, and indicates product, price, channel and promotion strategiesthat company A should adopt to realize direct sales development goal.The problems and strategies discussion that this article brings forward hasmeaningful value of the sustainable development on direct sales of company A.
