With the development of market economy, China’s small and middle enterprises(SMEs) play an increasingly important role in our economy. In the period of fast growth, however, the lack of financing capacity has Been the bottleneck of SME, displaying a different regional characteristics due to Economics, finance and a series of external factors and differences between each SMEs.On the basis of literature research, this paper makes summary of affecting factors of SME financing capacity, and establishes an evaluation index system of SME financing capacity. After analicizing the regional differences of affecting factors of SME financing capacity, this paper makes empirical study of62to-be-listed manufacturing enterprises using statistical analyze Method (Principal Component Analysis, PCA). The results:①SMEs in Eastern part significantly superior to those in Middle and Western, while SMEs in Middle areas is slightly better than those in Western with respect to financing capacity.②External economic environment of SMEs in Eastern part are superior to those in other area. And external economic environment of SMEs in Central part are little better than those in Western part.③SME’s innovation capacity in Eastern part is significantly uperior to those in other area. And SME’s innovation capacity in western part is the worst.④SME’s sset management capabilities in Eastern part is significantly uperior to those in other area. And SME’s sset management capabilities in western part is the worst.Finally, based on the results of the empirical study, this paper puts forward some suggestions on building cross-regional financial cooperation mechanismsincreasing, financial policy support for SMEs in the Central, promoting Western SME innovation capacity and And so on for reducing the regional differences of financing capacity.
