Along with the Economic development and people’ increasing demand on housing, Estate industry has been going into the prosperous period of2008since2005, and it’s becoming the important economical backbone. It Springing up, growing and blooming, now we see the Price depreciate, the freeze on estate is going on. Since the governance suppress on it, the related policies published one by one and the response of governances from central to local, estate project is facing the huge challenge. The persons who work on estate project need to know and acknowledge the marketing plan, and then clearly understand how to use the creative marketing thought and plan to achieve the market success.The article is based on’Wanda Plaza’, studying on current status and existing issue, and make detail research on marketing plan. The study will analyze’Wanda Plaza’s marketing status based on4Ps,4Cs theory, to find out the issue which existing in current marketing plan, and to provide the improve method and suggestion.The article will combine the theory and practice, from improvement on price policy, declare policy and channel policy, find out the reasonable market policy, to make Wanda square to seize the consumers of LvShun south road, beneficial together with surrounding business. At the meantime, it raised the advice on marketing plan, including multiple declare channels together at the basis of traditional advertise mode.
