In recent years, as e-commerce development,the new business model, online banking become more useful. The ultimate aim is to achieve e-commerce online logistics, money flow and information flow Trinity. From a certain level, said that all online transactions have two essential aspects-the trading process and payment link. The former is between vendors and customers through a network of electronic contracts signed, while the latter requires online banking to achieve. It is because of online banking indispensable role in e-commerce, which makes it more widely received by the people, resulting in the rapid rise in recent years.In this study, the TAM model introduced traditional trust and risk, and is based on the introduction of wind TRiTAM trust model to take the survey research methods to study samples in the surrounding population, before integration scholars regarding technology adoption model and its evolution based on the literature, empirical analysis, influence consumer online banking using the factors and the original model according to the actual situation of research to correct, as well as online banking service providers to offer constructive comments.Determination of the relationship in the model, the main use of empirical analysis by SPSS19.0statistical analysis software factor, correlation, regression analysis. The results showed that:perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use as well as trust and intention to use online banking a positive correlation between the perceived risk and intention to use online banking a negative correlation between; while perceived risk on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and has a negative correlation with intent to influence; whereas trust on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use has a positive attitude influence on the perceived risk associated with a negative impact; and verifying the results of previous intention to use has a positive attitude on the actual use of correlation.Innovation of this paper lies in the basis of previous studies the design of a more suitable area of e-commerce online banking model-based on trust and risk TAM model (TRiTAM model), and empirical analysis, that is, to prove the model through in the field of online banking feasibility of using online banking while revealing factors brought about practical significance.
