The development of high-tech enterprises has huge boost effect on productivity, and the development of high and new technology requires knowledge of the continuous enrichment and external communication, from which we can conclude that companies are in badly need of their own network-relationship capital. It will bring unique core competitiveness to the high-tech enterprises if managers combine the width and depth of the relationship capital and the enterprise value target with controlling the size and object. High and new technology enterprise relationship capital includes a firm’s internal relationship and external relationship capital. With enterprise management of internal relationship capital, it could not only improve the enterprise internal operation and management efficiency, reduce the friction among employees, departments, staff and departments but also elevate the collective behavior overall; What’s more, with enterprise management of external relationship capital, an promote the exchange and communication among emerging resources, such as knowledge, technology and information. Except this, it could also increase innovation opportunities, reduce transaction cost, shortage cost and opportunity cost, and improve resource utilization and operation efficiency of the enterprises at the same time.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the important role in the current economic development, which the high-tech enterprises play. Based on the distinct industrial characteristics of high and new technology enterprise, its demand of relational capital is much higher, comparing with other industries. Therefore, the thesis puts forward to the research center_____the relationship between relational capital and the enterprise value considering the problem and research status. Secondly, in this thesis, on the basis of some scholars research, relevant concept definitions are made which include the relationship capital, high-tech enterprises, high-tech enterprises value. Furthermore, it expands to the characteristics of the relevant concepts, elements, etc. Thirdly, theoretical analysis of the influence on the enterprise value is given from constituent elements, following with the theory of relationship capital, values and enterprise resource. Fourthly, the research samples are selected from the listed high-tech enterprises, so is the research variables. Under the preparation, SPSS software is carried on the correlation analysis and the regression model. The empirical result is explained and obtained combining the current situation and problems emerged in the empirical process. Finally, in view of the previous section on the analysis of the relationship capital and enterprise value, the conclusion and prospect are put forward from the perspective of enterprise management.The innovation of this article is mainly reflected in:preliminary clear definition of relational capital are concluded and a relatively comprehensive system of relational capital constituent elements is established; Systematic analysis of the influence on enterprise value exerted by relational capital, following with the cycle of the two parts; index is given to each item of relational capital for data relevance analysis considering the practical situation of the development of high-tech enterprises.
