Research On The Trust Mechanism In Software Industrial Virtual Cluster

With the development of IT and the degree of global economic integrationdeepening, traditional geography centralized software industrial cluster that isdifficult to meet the demand of software enterprises on global resources fully. Inthe process of virtual operation in software industrial cluster, enterpriseorganizations improve technological innovation capability rapidly through theglobal cooperation and competition continuously. The characteristic of softwareproducts is that they can rely on network transmission completely. A new form oforganization-Software Industrial Virtual Cluster (SIVC) emerges as the timesrequire. Trust is the basis and prerequisite for SIVC cooperation, establishes thegood trust mechanism can ensure the SIVC develop healthily and orderly,improve the cooperation efficiency, reduce transaction costs, and enhance theoverall competitiveness of the cluster.This dissertation analyzes the definition and characteristics of trust insoftware industrial cluster, and use of game theory to reveal the trust formationmechanism in SIVC. On the basis of this, design the framework of the trustmechanism in SIVC, including trust evaluation mechanism, trust enhancedmechanism and trust security mechanism. In trust evaluation mechanism of SIVC,this dissertation ascertains the trust evaluation index system by selecting,modifying and optimizing the trust evaluation index and establishes creditarchives by evaluating the trust degree of members in SIVC using the method ofAHP and VIKOR. In trust enhanced mechanism of SIVC, this dissertationanalyzes trust enhanced model by using fuzzy cognitive map considering timeand ensures trust state of the members in the process of cooperation, and takesthe different measures to enhance the different trust. This paper uses the trustsecurity mechanism to prevent risk and ensures operation of SIVC orderly. Finally, this paper takes Jiangsu software industrial virtual cluster as a case andmakes an empirical study of the designed trust mechanismDesigned trust mechanism of software industrial virtual cluster provides anew set of trust management system. It has important practical significance toimprove the trust of software industrial virtual cluster and promote thedevelopment of the software industrial virtual cluster. In addition, newperspective, new research methods and research results in the course of the studyhas important academic value for virtual industry clusters.
