With the development of the information technolodgy especially the computer network and economic globalization,more and more enterprises adopt virtual teams as their organizational forms.Virtual team consists of members who are separated in space,time and organizations.Its members collaborate closely depending on the telecommunication technology.Virtual team is a main form of virtual administration of human resource.Trust in virtual team is regarded as the core element influencing the efficient operation of the team.International researchers have studied it since late 90's of 20 century.The paper bases upon the difference between the Virtual Team and the Traditional Team in characteristics,the challenges that faced and the importance of the trust for the management of the virtual team.The object of the paper study is the virtual team in practical running of the enterprise.The aim of the paper is to discuss the influential factors for the trust in virtual teams from the point of view between the theory and demonstration through the factual research.The paper also emphasizes particularly on the establishment and maintenance of the trust in virtual teams and bring forward the strategy on trust management to enhance the trust in virtual teams.
