Research On Company Moral Governance Of Corporate Social Responsibility Of State Grid Corporation Of China

With the rapid development of a globalized economy, the external behaviorseriously affect the sustainable development of the society, the enterprise shouldrecognize the importance of social responsibility. At the same time, companiesshould not neglect the interests of stakeholders, and they must be responsible for itsshareholders, employees, customers, the environment and society. Taking socialresponsibility has become an unstoppable trend, enterprises should enhance theirvalues in a people-oriented society to obtain the relative competitiveness. Companieshave the opportunities and rights to exist; they should be responsible to stakeholdersin order to achieve a "win-win" situation for business and society.In recent years, there has been a lot of corporate fraud event in the public, so thepublic realize the importance of corporate social responsibility, and fulfilling theirsocial responsibility is the expectations and requirements what the community asked.State-owned enterprises are the backbone of the Chinese economy, they help thegovernment to regulate the national economy; the healthy development of state-owned enterprise is directly related to the sustainable development of the wholesociety. State Grid Corporation of China as a large state-owned enterprises, the actionof corporate social responsibility has been in the position of leader, the socialresponsibility theory is worth a lot of enterprises to follow and learn.First, this paper analyzes the theory of corporate social responsibility andbusiness ethics theory after the extensive collection of all kinds of information, thencarefully study the status quo of social responsibility of State Grid Corporation ofChina and the practice of social responsibility, the successful experience andshortcomings are summarized. Then they paper analyzes the influence which theethics behavior impact on corporate performance from the moral perspective; finally,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through this study, I hope to provide a valuable reference for other enterprises to fulfill theirsocial responsibilities. In addition, through the comprehensive analysis of State GridCorporation of China, I hope to provide a meaningful reference and model on thepractice of corporate social responsibility.
