Case Study Of Module FICO Of SAP In FJ Company

With the deep development of reform and opening, the globalization of world economics and fast development of domestic marketing economic which make more and more business groups come to China continuously, a lot of large companies set up the research centre in China. Most of companies use the mode of group management which ensure their important position in the international competition respectively. In order to improve the management level and to increase its marketing competitiveness continuously, each business group brings in ERP. Moreover, some groups use improved ERP system for good service. The extensive use of ERP makes the qualitative change to finance management which is as the management core of the company. The old mode of finance management hasn’t matched with the fast development of the group. It is urgent to build a new mode which is matched with the finance management for each business group and it leads to reform to the financial management of ERP.The article focuses on the problems of financial management of research centre of CHINA FJ group majorly and combines the advanced management and design philosophy of SAP and analyzes with the idea of advanced financial management and method, which combines the management system of FJ group and give the solution. For increasing the comprehensive competition, it is hoped to strengthen the financial management level and to refine the work between the research centre and the plant.The article is to use the relative theory of financial management control to solve the practical problems during the SAP implementation. It isn’t the pure theory study. By means of the analysis and study between the current financial management mode of FJ and SAP, I hope to solve the existing problems of financial management and give some of practical experiences and lessons during ERP implementation for the same industry.
