Agricultural Bank of China is one of the five major state-owned banks,which has high network coverage?huge customer resources,spread all over the urban and rural areas.These advantages have also been shown in personal financial business.The Agricultural Bank of China has a strong competitive advantage in the R & D and design of financial business in the same industry.However,with the acceleration of global financial integration and the rapid development of Internet finance,commercial banks continue to innovate in personal financial business,and the competition in this market is intensified.According to the actual operation situation of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,combined with the main characteristics of personal financial products sold at present,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China's personal financial business development of the external situation and their own development of the actual situation.It is found that the current overall financial market environment?the policies of regulators such as the CBRC and the changes in residents' consumption concept have brought new opportunities for the development of personal financial business.At the same time,other state-owned and joint-stock banks' strong impact in personal financial business should be fully recognized.In the rise of the Internet financial wave,the financial business of Yu'e Bao,Baidu and other current Internet financial products have also affected the traditional personal financial market.Such as the operation mode of the product?the ability of product innovation,the professionalism of the financial management team?the strategy of service management and so on.On the other hand,according to the actual development of personal financial management business of Inner Mongolia Branch,this paper also designed a questionnaire to collect the data of customer feedback of personal financial management products and services of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,so as to explore the potential financial demand of customers and the problems existing in the financial management business of Inner Mongolia Branch.Through the data integration analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in the development of personal finance business are obtained.In the future business development,the Inner Mongolia Branch can fully carry forward their own advantages,solve the existing problems,and finally provide customers with better personal financial services.At the end,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the development of personal financial business in Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of personal financial product operation mode,service innovation,product innovation,management mode,sales channel,risk prevention and control system,financial management team construction and so on.It is hoped that through the analysis and summary,it can play a practical guiding role in the development and design of personal financial products and the formulation of marketing strategy in practice of Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.At the same time,it also can be used for reference for the development of personal financial management business of other commercial banks.
