In today’s context,people are facing with the high pressure brought by increasing pace of life and living cost.as well as the employees.Aeeording to the survey of an authority, pressure from the common life and the workplace are subtly affeeting the mental health of employees. redueing the subjeetive well-being they felt in their course of work,while also reducing the level of engagement of their work to a eertain extent.So how to improve employees’well-being and engagement bas beeame a problem which should be put emphasis on and solved.Regarding servant leadership as a break through point, we attempt to explore related solutions and establish a reasonable explanation.Based on the reviewing of previous literature as well as eombining social exchange theory and conservation of resourees theory, we established the bsic framework. A questionnaire survey was made to eollect relevant data.Relying on statistical analysis software.we explored the relationship between servant leadership and subjective well-being. as well as engagement.Also we tested the moderating effect of pereeived organizational support.Base on the eonclusion of the study.we would put forward the development direetion and provide beneficial reference of management practiee.
