In recent decades of years, more and more researches focus on the development an d management of knowledge-based employees in enterprises.But for productive employ ees, the research is not so much. As we all know that at the very beginning, the rese arch was focused on the productive employees. As the energetic manpower in producti on enterprise, productive employee’s job performance affects the corporate efficiency. T he performance affects the stability of product quality and management system as well. To improve employee’s job satisfaction will lead to improve the employee’s job perfor mance and enthusiasm, decrease the resignation rate and improve the cohesion.From the perspective of leader-member exchange(LMX), the author researched that h ow the enterprise can improve employee’s job satisfaction.There are theoretical researc h in the relationship between these two items. But this paper explores empirically the r elationship between the two by the leader-member exchange scale covering emotion, lo yalty, contribution and professional respect dimensions and job satisfaction scale, espec ially on the basis of productive employees. In view of the quality of Leader-Member Exchange will lead to employee’s justice perception.So the paper introduces organizatio nal justice as intervening variable.The author investigated and surveyed by the research and analysisof literature, visits to the productive enterprises, etc.. To empirically resear ch the relationship among leader-member exchange, organizaitonal justice and employe e satisfaction for productive employees by the questionnaire survey, interviews and a v ariety of statistical analysis. In the inspection of existing theories, the hypothesis put f orwarded by the paper also were verified. The study verified that among the three var iables, leader-member exchange, organization justice and employee job satisfaction, ther e are obvious bivariate correlation.And it also the same to their dimensions.Meanwhile LMX and its dimensions partly positvely predict the employee job satisfaction, organiz aiton justice and their dimensions. The research also found that organization justice ha s the mediate effect on LMX and employee job satisfaction. The research conclusion i s a positive instruction to enterprise management nowadays.
