SMEs （Small and medium-sized enterprises）are an important force forthe economic and social development and plays an important role in theirrespective areas of the economy both in developed and developing countries,that each governments have attached great importance to the development ofSMEs. However, the main factor restricting the development of SMEs is thefinancing. If SMEs could solve its own sustainable cash flow credit problems,the bank solves risk control and other issues, that other problems will be solved.The financial innovation is the key point to solve this problem that can boost therapid development of SMEs. Therefore, the financial innovation of the smalland medium-sized enterprise play a crucial role for the development of SMEs inthe future, it also has important theoretical and practical significance to nationaleconomic and social sustainable development.As the phenomenon of financial products homogeneity being more andmore common, financial innovation must be carried out.Especially,commercial banks come to realize the important contribution of small andmedium-sized enterprises to their profits. What’s more, they also realize that thelevel of financial innovation of SMEs determines the growth and sustainabilityof profitability. In this paper, the author use avoid regulation theory, the cost oftrade theory and more financial innovations theory as a guide and make full useof qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other methods.By studyingdefining-standard change, credit business process and the overall situation of the business in C Bank, the paper fully reveals some problems in somerespects.For example, business architecture, credit process and businesspromotion mode. Besides, the author mainly research C Bank’s developmentstrategy, organization structure, business system, business process, productdevelopment and service mode in the level of small and medium-sizedenterprise financial business. Then, on the basis of that, the author build Cbank’s small and medium-sized enterprise financial innovation system and hasalready put this system and model into the local practice, its feasibility has beenverified.
