Research for the freshness information asymmetry of fresh product supply chain which leads producer’s misreporting behavior. This study considers quantitative model derivation, case analysis, newsboy model, game theory, optimization theory, supply chain contracts and other theories. Considering RFID technology can eliminate asymmetric information and improve the efficiency, we study RFID adopting effect in the symmetric and asymmetric information fresh product supply chain under fixed price and price relevant to the needs. This study helps to provide RFID technology investment decisions and asymmetric information solutions for each member of the supply chain. Specific research methods include:Firstly, consider freshness information as symmetry and asymmetry, and build centralized and decentralized fress product supply chain model, comparative analysis of the corresponding results and research contract coordination. On this basis, a numerical example validates the correctness of nature.Secondly, consider fresh product supply chain based on RFID technology. Using the improved newsboy model and supply chain contract theory, research centralized and decentralized modes of RFID technology investment decisions and buy-back contract applications. On this basis, numerical examples are carried out to relevant discuss.Lastly, consider fresh product supply chain based on price relevant to the needs. Using the improved newsboy model and game theory, analyze and summary nature for three different scenarios results of symmetric information, asymmetry information and RFID technology background. Then apply improved buyback contract to coordinate the supply chain.
