With the deepening of China’s economic reform, small businesses in the national economy has been showing an increasingly important role. Small businesses due to its inherent natural resources scarcity, lack of core technology and sustained competitive advantage fatigue, so how to make small business for living space and sustainable competitive advantage has become an urgent proposition.Business growth depends on the rental value creation, social relations constraints rents obtained and the resource body, so that entrepreneurs (collective) must also look at the network growth model. In this paper, on the basis of the review of the evolution of the network capabilities of domestic and foreign research center of gravity, to build the relationship from the perspective of the network. At present, the production behavior of the enterprise is no longer a direct input-output resources, but a network of production behavior is a relationship-based production. In this paper, literature review, field research and empirical research, the expectations created by the manner in which the enterprise and the development of relational capabilities, what opportunities relational capabilities, form a logical relational capabilities in the context of the network, the ability of corporate relations how to direct or intermediary impact small enterprise network growth issues in depth and research, theoretical and practical guidelines for trans-regional development and global development of small business through Networking Growth.This paper argues that the enterprise network business relationship or the opportunity to search through the network, a combination of response relationship, the relationship between the links of the network resources to coordinate three dimensions to form the structure of the relationship links and interaction-based relationships ability.
